The W-10 is also one of the best looking, in our opinion; it has a very nice blue and silver metallic casing with buttons that are easy to find and work with. And you will know just how many of those three hours you have used up with the nifty memory capacity indicator. The device has a forward/ reverse file search feature that makes it easy to find the file you are looking for. The slide switch operation thumb pad is quite a nice addition as well, and makes the device very easy to control. Of course, you can control the speed of playback, including a setting that allows you to play the recording 30% faster than real time. Some extra perks include a clock, calendar, usb cables/ connection, 24 hour battery life, and only 2.5 oz in weight. Overall, the W-10 digital voice recorder from Olympus is a very competitive product with all the right bells and whistles.
