In order to begin using your exercise equipment again and stay on track with it you should sit down and make up a regular schedule. Having a set time every day or couple of days set aside for you to exercise is of great benefit to helping you stay on track. If you like you can move the television into the room with the equipment and exercise for the hour while you are watching your favorite show. This helps to keep you from getting bored while giving you a little treat for working out.
