Anti-aging processes, programs and systems require commitment and maintenance to provide promised results. The concept of the daily routine has often been promoted as an enemy of the creative mind, a nuisance during the cold weather and unnecessary to the one not leaving the house to catch the 7.10 with the familiar collection. The traditional pre-workday routine was compulsory and one issue able to be slated by the writers whilst capturing 100% of workers holding a traditional job. More power than thought possible exists within the rarely changed daily routine. A lack of order to the basic requirements of sleeping, eating, showering and travelling could have caused chaos and confusion. Proper meals would have been lost, showers and shaves possibly ignored, buses missed and more than mild challenges within the office walls could have increased stress levels. Once a new order of the day has been planned with the new season maintenance of the most important and powerful aspects of the old routine is important. This ensures 100% attention to the new tasks without the interference of confusion which would ultimately steal the enthusiasm and excitement with the new job. Any tasks associated with anti-aging wouldnt receive the necessary mind based strength for success and ongoing growth. Copyright 2006 Patricia Little |
