On-going education is important indeed and that goes for any industry. Knowing the rules and regulations is also extremely important and since the regulatory bureaucrats change the rules so often it is important to stay on top of all of them. Additionally, the shear number of manure produced by these regulatory bureaucrats is like Hurricane of piss water flowing in all directions. What does the regulatory bodies do to insure that there is compliance with all this insanity of over regulation? Well, simple they require certification testing so that you can memorize all this crap. Unfortunately these laws, rules and regulations imposed have absolutely nothing to do with serving the customers, protecting the consumer or making money, which are the hallmarks of business. Most of these government certifications have no purpose at all and thru the law of unintended consequences destroy the productivity of our nation and stifle the economy. Some say our economy could double tomorrow if we would take a red-magic marker committee and delete some of these ridiculous laws, created by bone-head bureaucrats who just do not get it and never will.
